WILL DWYER
We are saddened to report that one of Barrie's favourite sons - WW2 Veteran Will Dwyer passed away May 8 - the 77th Anniversary of Victory in Europe (VE-Day).
Will was a long time Legion member and a champion at raising money for our Poppy Campaign every year as well as the Terry Fox fun. He was relentless on getting donations and worked hard at it.
His celebration of life will be held at the Barrie Legion on Thursday, May 12th from 12:30pm – 2:30pm in the banquet hall.
